1. Status of these rules
These Voting Rules form part of the Terms. The category page states whether voting is free or paid, the opening and closing time, permitted countries, vote allowance, visibility of results and the weight given to public voting and judges.
2. Eligible votes
A voter must use a genuine phone-verified account and comply with the displayed limit. One person may not create or control multiple accounts to avoid a limit. Free and paid votes, where offered, have the quantity shown at checkout. A paid transaction buys the stated voting participation only and never guarantees a nominee’s advancement or win.
3. Prohibited conduct
Automated voting, scripts, bots, emulators, click farms, account rental, SIM farms, incentives that amount to coercion or unlawful inducement, chargeback abuse, tampering, credential sharing and any method intended to evade a rule are prohibited. Nominees remain responsible for agencies or supporters acting under their direction.
4. Integrity controls
The Operator may review phone, account, IP, device, location, timing, velocity, payment and behavioural indicators. To protect detection systems, detailed thresholds are confidential. Votes may be delayed, quarantined, sampled, reconciled, invalidated or restored following review. Public counters are provisional. The authoritative count is the reconciled ledger after the close.
5. Campaigning
Nominees may share official links and ask for support lawfully and respectfully. Campaign material must accurately identify the category and must not claim victory, endorsement or a live ranking that the platform has not officially published. Personal data may not be harvested for campaigning.
6. Results and disputes
Public-vote and judging weights are applied as configured for the category. Ties are resolved using the published season method, which may include judging score, verified-impact score or a supervised tie-break. A vote complaint must include evidence and be submitted within [INSERT PERIOD] after voting closes. Security records and lawful privacy restrictions may limit information disclosed to complainants.
