1. Submission authority
You confirm that you are nominating yourself or have a reasonable, lawful basis to nominate the named person or organisation. You will not submit confidential, defamatory or unlawfully obtained material. A third-party nomination does not compel the nominee to participate.
2. Accuracy and evidence
You certify that material claims are accurate to the best of your knowledge and agree to provide evidence when requested. References may be contacted. Documents must be authentic and unaltered except for clearly disclosed redactions. The Operator may reject or withdraw a nomination where verification cannot be completed, consent is unavailable, eligibility is not met, conflicts are undisclosed or the integrity of the programme may be harmed.
3. Publication
Only approved information will form the public profile. You grant the licence described in the Terms and confirm that you have permissions for photographs, logos and third-party material. Contact information and private evidence will not be placed on the public profile unless expressly selected and lawful.
4. Process acknowledgement
You understand that nomination is not an award, that category placement may change, that approved profiles may be subject to public voting and judging, and that decisions are governed by the season rules. Material changes to submitted facts must be reported promptly.
