1. General rule
Because a valid paid vote or digital service may be applied immediately and cannot be returned, completed and correctly delivered transactions are ordinarily final where law permits. This never removes mandatory consumer rights.
2. Eligible cases
A refund or correction may be considered for a verified duplicate charge, payment captured without the purchased service being credited, an Operator-cancelled event without an offered equivalent, or another circumstance required by law. Disagreement with a nomination, judging decision, reconciled result or the fact that a nominee did not win is not by itself a refund ground.
3. Requests
Submit the transaction reference, phone number, date, amount and supporting evidence within [INSERT PERIOD]. Approved refunds return through the original channel where feasible and may take the provider’s processing time. Bonuses or votes connected to a refunded or charged-back payment will be cancelled. Fraudulent refund requests may be referred for investigation.
4. Events and sponsorship
Ticket cancellation windows, transfer rights and sponsorship deliverables must be stated in the specific order or agreement. Where those terms conflict with this general policy, the specific written terms apply subject to mandatory law.
