1. Platform rights
The Aurevia name, visual identity, software, layouts, databases, category taxonomy, certificate designs, official badges, written materials and ceremony content belong to the Operator or identified licensors. No rights are transferred except the limited permission needed to use the platform.
2. Badges and certificates
An official badge may be used only by the named, verified recipient, for the stated category, placement and edition, without altering the design or implying broader endorsement. Verification codes must remain legible. Revoked, expired or fraudulent credentials must be removed immediately. The Operator may publish brand-use guidelines and investigate misuse.
3. Submitted content
Submitters retain their original ownership and provide the licence in the Terms. If you believe material infringes your rights, send a signed notice identifying the work, URL, basis of ownership, requested action and contact details to [INSERT IP NOTICE EMAIL]. We may request proof, notify the uploader and remove or restrict disputed material while reviewing it.
4. Restrictions
You may not copy substantial platform data, create confusingly similar awards, issue imitation credentials, remove rights notices, reverse engineer protected components or use the marks in a domain, company or campaign name without written permission.
