1. Permission
Where you opt in or participate in an area where recording is clearly notified, you permit the Operator and its authorised production partners to photograph, film or record your appearance, voice, remarks and approved biographical material in connection with the awards, interviews, events and related editorial coverage.
2. Uses
Recordings may be edited for length and format and used worldwide in official websites, social media, broadcasts, livestreams, press materials, ceremony productions, archives and future promotion of the programme. The Operator will not materially distort your words or use the material to imply a separate product endorsement without further permission.
3. Duration and withdrawal
The licence is royalty-free and continues for the programme’s legitimate promotional and historical archive. Consent may be withdrawn prospectively where law permits by contacting [INSERT CONTACT]; withdrawal cannot require recall of materials already lawfully published, distributed or incorporated into completed productions. Special arrangements for minors or accessibility must be agreed in writing.
